At Pure Pearls, we are confident about our product. We have ensured that we get only the best. Whether it is our service or product, we assure you that what you see is what you get.
However, we would like to inform you that -
a) if we have only one (1) piece of the product, we will be sending you exactly the same item. This is because all our products are self-designed and exclusive.
b) In some cases (such as plain pearl sets, earrings or other accessories) the quantity may be mentioned as more than one (1), in those cases, you will get a similar product without compromising on the quality as mentioned in the description.
Having said that, we do accept returns provided, you call us with in 2 days of receipt of the product. You can let us know the problem or concern and we will take it from there.
Our easy to follow return policy given below:
Note - Customized products will not be taken back.
1) If the product was delivered to you by BlueDart, we will arrange for a pick up from your place. You just need to pack the product properly and keep it.
2) If you receive the product through SpeedPost, you will have to send us the product(s).
On receipt of the product in good condition, we will refund 100% of your money* to your card / bank account, from where you paid, if you are in India.
*However please note that a shipping cost of Rs.100/- for prepaid orders will be deducted before we reimburse you unless the product is defective.
Cash on Delivery:
Please pack your product and a person from Blue Dart will pick it up from your place. You will receive a gift voucher* worth the amount you paid. You won't get any refund in this case.
You can use the gift voucher to purchase other products at a later date or whenever you need.
*Rs. 200/- for CoD orders will be deducted from your order value before we reimburse you in form of Gift Voucher.
Our recommendation: Please go for Prepaid orders. (Pay using your Credit/Debit cards or bank accounts (Net Banking) or PayPal account).
For International Shipments:
Sorry, but we would not be offering returns or refunds on products shipped outside India.
