Sui Dhaga
A needle-and-thread earring: a fine chain that threads through the piercing and hangs on both sides.
Sui means needle and dhaga means thread. A straight post passes through the lobe and a chain trails behind it.
The effect is deliberately minimal, and the length is adjustable simply by pulling the chain through.
Pearl versions usually place a single pearl at the front with the chain falling behind the ear.
